Audrey Soussan
Audrey Soussan is a General Partner at Ventech in its Paris office and has joined the company since 2011. Focusing on Product Led Growth, Retail Tech, HR Tech and Marketplaces, Audrey has realized numerous investments and exits such as Crossbeam, Singulart, Insided (acquired by Gainsight), Storetail (acquired by Criteo), and BlinkBooking (acquired by Groupon).
She has unique insights on entrepreneurs’ business development, impact investing, and women in tech, etc. Audrey started as an analyst at Ventech and grew all the way through to General Partner. Always considerate and responsible for women’s position, situation improvement and synergies’ creation in the tech world, she has co-founded Girls in Tech Paris in 2011 to drive women power in tech. This organisation has later become StartHer then taken by Sista.
In 2020, Audrey initiated Ventech’s impact arm – Afi Ventures together with our partners Abeille Assurances and La Ruche. Afi Ventures is dedicated to empowering pre-seed and seed stage companies tackling both environmental & climate urgencies, Afi is also the first «Innovation for Good» seed fund in Europe reconciling ambition for impact with financial performance.
Towards the goals of facilitating European talent mobility, encouraging diversity in startups, and improving the quality of exits, Audrey serves on the Board of France Digitale for the past 5 years and has recently been re-elected as Board Member.
Prior to joining Ventech, Audrey invested with DN Capital in London. She holds degrees from Université Paris Dauphine and ESSEC and is perfectly fluent in both French and English.
