Marian Otamendi
Marian Otamendi has a degree in Contemporary History from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Master's Degree in Publishing from West London University,as well as an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
Her professional career began in London, working in the commercial departments of NEC Europe and later at Dorling Kindersely, in charge of the Latin American and Iberian markets. She later worked at NOA as a project manager, which led her to work for 3 years in 18 different countries, mostly in Africa, where she has worked in 12 different countries.
Marian has participated in the founding of different companies in the renewable energy sector, such as Enerco Renovables or Cubierta Solar.
She specializes in the generation and execution of new ideas that promote business growth and, since 2014, she has directed Nexus Fostering Partnership, the company that promotes the World Football Summit, the leading international event of the football industry. Since its inception in 2016, WFS has hosted 30 events in 4 continents, focusing in fostering business and opportunities for all stakeholders of the football industry.
Marian is a member of the Board of Directors of the Women, Executives and Sports Association (AEMED), member of the board of Bodegas El Grifo, Board Member of the Spanish Padel Federation, and also member of the Spanish Observatory for Equality in Sports.
