Karin Künnapas

Karin Künnapas is the Managing Director of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN) and a Venture Partner at Tera Ventures. In her capacity at EstBAN, she leads the network’s strategic initiatives to expand the community of active and educated angel investors and focuses on building cross-border cooperations with other BAN networks. Karin brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of startups, investment, and education. Her past leadership includes roles at the European Innovation Academy—organizing global startup programs in countries such as Portugal, Italy, Qatar, Hong Kong, and China—as well as co-directing the pioneering kood/Jõhvi coding school, which delivers self-directed learning without traditional teachers.
