Julian von Hassell

Julian chairs the board of Baltic Business Angels Schleswig-Holstein e.V..This autumn, his book "Business Angels - Wie Privatiers klug in Startups investieren" will be published by Springer Gabler. Among other things, he there reflects on his own investor mistakes. In the years 2005 till 2017 Julian was instrumental for a multitude of successful M&A transactions stretching in volume between € 100k and € 80,000k. As CEO of numerous public and private entities, interim manager and consultant he successfully engineered IPOs, reengineered distressed entities, enabled growth and expansion through A-, B- and C financing rounds and trade sales and also served as CEO of Social Commerce Group SE which he listed at Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard) and XETRA and subsequently transformed from a financial holding into a fully operative company.
