Grigor Hovhannisyan

Grigor Hovhannisyan is the Co-founder and General Partner of Formula VC and President of BANA Angels. A serial entrepreneur with expertise in security and communication systems, he has over 20 years of experience in technology and electronics investments. Grigor founded Premier Integrated Technologies, which delivers services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in New York and New Jersey. Since 2003, he has been in the Armenian tech ecosystem, including as a founding team member and investor at Idram, first electronic payment system in Armenia.
