Benoit Vandevivere is the founder of @euacchq (eu/acc) followed by founders, investors and policymakers engaged in Europe's growth.
He contributes expertise on the 28th regime and company-law modernization to European Institutions. Benoit has founded and held C-level positions in leading BtoC and B2B technology companies, from social networks (AOL, Studivz) to fresh food supply chain (Consentio). Engineer and lawyer he has lived in US, Asia and Europe. Benoit regularly highlights the importance for startups, investors and Europe of having a pro-growth policy agenda to make Europe succeed.
He has spoken for and advised governments and institutions from Singapore to Spain, as well as the US, NYSE-Euronext, and the European Commission. He contributed to major initiatives such as the Crowdfunding regulation (Europe) and the Ley de Startup (Spain).
