Get your pitch decks ready for October as applications for the EBAN Congress pitching competition are now open! This year’s event will be taking place in Brussels, Belgium and features an audience of angels, VCs, corporate and other early stage investors from over 40+ countries in Europe and beyond.
If you are an early stage startup looking for funding, this event is a great opportunity to get visibility and connections in front of strategic investors!
How to apply
Step 1)
Login or create an account using the InvestEU Portal
Step 2)
Once logged in, if not already done so, you will need to submit your project and receive the INPO reference number – as per instructions.
Step 3)
Click on apply to pitch
* By applying through the InvestEU Portal you give consent for EBAN to use your application beyond the event (for research, benchmarking startups, intros to investors, and getting propositions to other pitching events). The information used will adhere to the GDPR compliances administered by the European Union regardless of where your startup is hosted.

Startups based or doing business in any EU country

If this is your first time applying to a pitching event using the InvestEU portal, your team will first need to create an account directly here. Once your account has been made you can apply using the button below.

Your team will be able to pitch in front of participants and set up networking meetings throughout the event.
Though we will support your funding journey, investments are not guaranteed. We will make sure you get every opportunity to meet and engage with investors but it is up to your team to seal these deals.
Selection Process
How are the startups selected?
1) Apply before 15th of September to EAIS 2025 through the InvestEU portal. Make sure to download and follow the application instructions to ensure that your startup has properly applied to the event.
2) After the pre-selection phase, those chosen will need to send a brief video pitch of their startup.
3) First rounds of the selection will be made on the 7th of September. Final selection of startup’s will then be made on the 15th. We will notify you of updates to your application process.
